Stairway is situated in the heart of the fertile South Ayrshire countryside, though only 15 minutes from Prestwick Airport and major road networks.

We specialize in growing specimen trees from 20 Litre to 200 Liters - grown on site from seed, using the Air-Pot system. This unique growing system enhances root growth and eliminates root circling and other deformities.

Mycorrhizea, which is a symbiotic plant microbe is added at every stage from seed to final potting. This assists the plants own natural immune system and increases plant health without the use of fungicides.

Our state of the art irrigation system ensures that both water and fertilizers are delivered to each tree accurately depending on each species and relative size requirements.
