Returns Policy 

Welcome to our “NO QUIBBLE” return policy.


We grow and sell plants which are all individually cared for. All of our stock is Air Pot grown from selected seeds, all are robust, healthy and fully acclimatised. We do not sell or broker mass produced or imported plants, therefore we have great confidence that all our stock will be completely healthy and in excellent condition when it arrives with you, and that our plants will quickly transplant and prosper in your garden. This all means that we are happy to provide a hassle free, no quibble guarantee. If any plant you purchase from us fails within a period of one year from purchase date, just contact us and we will replace the plant of you cover the cost of return and delivery.

On request, a Returns Authorisation Code will be sent via e-mail, this will allow the Buyer to return the goods. This Returns Authorisation Code must be included with any returned item. No goods can be accepted at our warehouse without a Returns Authorisation Code.

In the event that the Buyer mistakenly orders the wrong product, The Seller will refund the cost of the goods (less the initial delivery charge) when they are received back by the Seller in a re-saleable condition.

The cost of return to the Seller shall be paid by the Buyer and will not be refunded.

All goods that are being returned must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the Buyer received them, and must be returned within 30 days. Returned goods received after 30 days or that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging or not maintained in good condition (watered etc.) will NOT be refunded, and will be returned to the Buyer.

The Returns Procedure
1. The buyer emails Stairway Trees (service@stairwaytrees.co.uk), who will issue a Returns Authorisation Code.
2. A Returns Authorisation Code must accompany all returns. Please include your full name, address and a daytime telephone number, also the original Invoice Number. Please note that the purchaser must pay shipment costs for all returns.
3. All returns must be returned to the Seller by authorised courier or by other means that require a signature of receipt of the goods at the Sellers warehouse or reception.
4. The goods will be replaced or the purchase cost refunded within 30 days.
